How does LycamPe earn money?
When booking online through LycamPe, the guest pays a booking fee in addition to the price of the stay. This lets us offer the platform without fixed costs for campsite owners. The booking fee is not deducted from your nightly rates.
The standard guest booking fee is 7% of the stay price, including booked extras and applicable taxes, with a minimum fee of €2 per booking. A different percentage may apply to a particular campsite. Guests see the price of the stay and the booking fee before paying.
You set the price of a stay
You know your pitches and what you offer your guests. In LycamPe, you decide what a stay costs. Add any extras and tourist tax that apply to your campsite so guests can see a clear price before booking.
Check the price for one night and for a longer holiday. Try a stay with more people too. That helps you check your settings and see the amount a guest will be shown during booking.
When will I receive my money?
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Online Payment Platform (OPP). Payouts to campsite owners take place monthly, after the stay has ended and the payment has been cleared for payout.
A dispute, refund or additional check may delay a payout. You can view your bookings and payout details in your account. If you have a question about them, please get in touch.
What about individual arrangements?
Specific arrangements may apply to individual partnerships or additional services. These are separate from the usual registration and listing of your campsite. Discuss what you need beforehand so you know which arrangements apply to your situation.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?
If a guest can cancel under the cancellation policy, the LycamPe booking fee is not refunded. The conditions that applied when the reservation was made continue to apply to that booking.
If you cancel an online guest booking as the campsite owner, the guest receives a full refund. You also cover the LycamPe booking fee. Check this before cancelling a guest’s reservation.
